The prices on this page are CCAuktioner's standard terms and apply equally to everyone who becomes a seller with us while they are published. An individual deviation can be agreed in writing — it is then stated on your consignment receipt and takes precedence over this page.
All amounts include VAT where VAT applies. One row on this page is stated excluding VAT, and it says so where it stands.
The price list in force on the day you become a seller stays with you, for everything you consign. More about that below.
Selling at auction (private individuals & estates)
The commission falls the more valuable the item is.

| Minimum commission 49 kr per item sold. On a low-value item the minimum is what applies rather than the percentage — an item sold for 100 kr gives a commission of 49 kr, not 20 kr. For items of low value we can instead combine several into one collective lot, which gives them a better chance of selling. | |
- VAT is included in the commission (margin scheme for second-hand goods) — you never have to deal with VAT yourself.
- Not sold? You get the item back at no cost. (The exceptions are set out in the seller agreement: if you sell directly within 3 months to a party we referred to you, or if something is sold below an agreed reserve without your approval.)
- Reserve price (the lowest price you accept) — you set it at consignment at no charge.
- Payout: Payouts are made on the 25th of each month for items sold and collected by the buyer no later than the 20th. Goods covered by the statutory one-month police holding period (Swedish Act 1999:271) are paid out once that period has ended.
Businesses selling through us
- Second-hand goods (margin-scheme dealers): the same scale as above. The commission is margin-scheme marked — it contains no VAT that can be deducted as input VAT.
- New goods, VAT-registered businesses only: 15 % + VAT (this rate applies only to VAT-registered businesses and is stated excluding VAT — it is not comparable with the rates above, which include VAT). We handle self-billing with a VAT specification for you.
- New or unused goods are not accepted from private individuals.
Buying at auction
No buyer's premium. No hammer fee. No lot fee.
- Artist's resale right (statutory, original art above approx. SEK 2,960 only): a falling scale from 5 % to 0.25 % under the Swedish Copyright Act. It passes in full to the artist via Bildupphovsrätt i Sverige (BUS) — we make nothing on it. It is shown before bidding on the art lots concerned.
- Paid purchase not collected: 10 days' storage at no charge, thereafter 25 kr per commenced week.
Shop & flea market in Sösdala (second-hand on commission)

| How the price is set: after the free walk-through we give you a fixed price for the clearance. The price is affected by floor area and number of rooms, the volume of contents, the carrying route (stairs or lift) and access. The more saleable value we find, the lower the clearance price becomes — sometimes 0 kr. The clearance prices include VAT (25 %). | |
- What is included: the walk-through, valuation, sorting and moving out what is to be sold. We do not yet remove waste — see below.
- What is not included at present: removal of waste of any kind. Until our registration as a waste carrier with the County Administrative Board of Skåne is in place we may not remove waste on your behalf — not even priced into a fixed clearance price. What cannot be sold is left in place for the estate to hand in itself; we sort it and tell you what goes where. We will extend the service as soon as the registration is granted.
- Hazardous goods are never included: we always leave behind paint, lacquer, solvents, glue, waste oil, chemical and pesticide residues, aerosol cans, LPG cylinders and loose batteries — you hand those in at the municipal drop-off for hazardous waste. We never take damaged or swollen batteries, not even inside a device.
- Move-out cleaning is not included. We do not offer cleaning at present; we clear and remove, and you will need a cleaning firm for the cleaning. We will say so if we can suggest one.
- Straight talk about RUT tax relief: according to the Swedish Tax Agency, clearing an estate ordered after the death does not qualify for RUT relief. We have no other RUT-qualifying services either — we do not promise deductions that do not exist.
- Authority: for an estate we need the signature of a person authorised to represent it (a power of attorney from all the beneficiaries) — we help with the form.

| Collection prices include VAT (25 %) and apply when we collect from you before anything has been sold. If the item then sells through us, the collection charge is deducted from your payout instead of being invoiced separately. Free collection is conditional on the assignment being completed — that is, that we get to sell the items and the buyer pays. If you withdraw the assignment after we have collected, or take the items back before they are sold, the trip is invoiced at the amount stated for your row above. The count covers the items we accept for auction at the visit. Goods that instead go to the shop — flea-market items and shelf space — are not included. Other assignments: if you need something that is not on this list, it is agreed as a separate assignment in its own document, with a fixed price in advance — such work is not charged under the framework agreement. All service prices include VAT (25 %).

Optional extra — enhanced liability
Enhanced liability during storage and transport is an extended contractual liability — it is not insurance. In the seller and second-hand agreements it is called a trygghetstillägg (safeguard add-on).

About this price list
This is CCAuktioner's standard tariff. The price list that applies to you is the one in force on the day you became a seller with us, and it applies to everything you consign. A later price list applies to those who become sellers thereafter — not to you. An individual deviation can be agreed in writing and is then stated on your consignment receipt, where it takes precedence over this page.
If we want to change your price list we do so only on objective grounds and give at least 30 days' notice, by e-mail and in the seller portal. A change never applies retroactively and only to what you consign after it takes effect; until then you may collect what you already have with us free of charge. Full wording in § 13 of the the seller framework agreement.
If you terminate the agreement and become a seller with us again later, the price list published on that day applies.
We will give you this price list on paper if you ask us to — just say so when you consign, or get in touch.
